EASY HAMBURGER MEAL 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 head cabbage, cut up
6 lg. potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
2 c. grated cheese
1 c. water

Brown hamburger and drain well. Pour into large pan with a cover (stainless pan works great). Put a layer of cabbage, a layer of potatoes; add 1 cup water. Cook on low heat until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cover and let set until cheese is melted. Check water in this as cooking doesn't let it cook dry, but you don't want to have too much water either.
