1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box orange Jello
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs

Mix all ingredients together with mixer, adding oranges last. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
Juice from 1 lemon

Mix together with mixer and pour over cake while cake is warm.
