QUICK CHILI 
2 tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1-2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
5 c. red kidney beans or 2 (#2) cans

Heat oil in deep 9-inch skillet or 3 quart kettle. Add garlic, onion and peppers. Cook until soft, 5 minutes. Add ground beef, broken up. Cook until brown, pour in tomato sauce. Add chili powder and salt. Stir well. Cover and cook 20 minutes, add beans. Simmer 20 minutes.
