GRILLED SCALLOPS 
Sea scallops, washed and drained
1 lb. thick sliced bacon, partially cooked

Wash scallops in cold water and pat dry with paper toweling. Partially cook bacon.

In a wire B-B-Q holder, place bacon strips, cover with scallops and top with remaining strips of bacon. Close cover (top) of wire holder and grill until bacon is cooked.
