BANANA BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sour milk
2 ripe bananas
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. ready to eat bran
1 egg
2 tbsp. shortening

Sift together flour, soda, salt, sugar. Add bran and mix well. Add egg, milk, shortening and bananas. Add dry ingredients. Mix well and put into papers or greased muffin pan. Bake 375 degrees 35 minutes.
