LIGHT 'N FRUITY PIE 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello brand gelatin, any flavor
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip topping, thawed
1 packaged graham cracker crust

FRUIT:

1 c. fresh raspberries or blueberries
1 c. diced orange sections, fresh
Strawberries or bananas

1. Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water, stirring about 3 minutes. Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin is thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove unmelted ice.

2. Using wire whisk, blend in Cool Whip, then whip until smoth.

3. Fold in fruit. Chill, if necessary until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust. Chill 3 hours. Garnish if desired with additional fruit.
