MY FAVORITE - HEAVENLY HASH CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. peeled pecans
24 lg. marshmallows
2 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

In a large bowl mix all ingredients except marshmallows. Pour batter in well greased and floured pan (9 x 13 inch). Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes. As soon as the cake is done cut each marshmallow in half and place them on the hot cake. Let cool for 10 minutes.

ICING:

2 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. melted butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Now cover marshmallows on top of cake. Let set until icing is firm.
