DOUBLE CHEESE DELIGHT | |
1 lb. ground beef 4 oz. uncooked medium noodles 1/3 c. chopped onion 1 tbsp. chopped celery 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. sour cream 1 med. tomato Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain. In large skillet, brown ground beef, and cook onion and celery until tender. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce and salt. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer one minute. Remove from heat. Stir in cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and noodles. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Arrange sliced tomato on top. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
