1 box cake mix - vanilla or chocolate
1 box chocolate pudding - regular, not instant
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Cook pudding until thick. Add cake mix. Mix well. Pour in a 9 x 12 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
