COFFEE WALNUTS 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. walnut halves

Combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, sour cream and coffee in saucepan. Cook and stir until reaches soft ball stage (236 degrees).

Remove from heat, add vanilla and walnuts. Gently stir until nuts are coated. Pour on buttered large shallow pan or platter. With two forks separate nuts. Cool until set.
