HAMBURG BARBECUE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 c. chopped onion
2 ribs of celery, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 bottle chili sauce (12 oz.)
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. sugar

Saute ground chuck, onion, celery, peppers together until onions are transparent. Add salt and pepper, chili sauce, ketchup and water. Add sugar and simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
