CARAMEL PECAN ROLLS | |
3 tbsp. butter 1 pkg. creamy white frosting mix (for 2 layer cake) 28 (8 oz. pkg.) vanilla caramels 1 c. chopped pecans 2 tbsp. milk 2 tbsp. milk In medium saucepan, melt butter, add first 2 tablespoons milk, stir in frosting mix until well blended. Form into 2 rolls about 6" x 1 1/2" roll in wax paper, chill. Melt caramels in remaining 2 tablespoons milk over hot water. Spread over chilled logs. Roll in chopped nuts, wrap and store in refrigerator, slice to serve. Makes 48 slices. |
