PASTA WITH CHICKEN & SAUSAGE 
1/2 lb. Italian sausage links (hot or mild)
2 tsp. oil
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/3 c. black olives
1/2 lb. pasta (rotini)
1 onion
1 1/2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
Salt & pepper
1 lb. boneless chicken thighs
1/4 c. parsley, minced

Cut sausage in slices and brown in oil. Add onion. Cook until soft. Add garlic, tomatoes and spices. Simmer 20 minutes. Cut chicken in strips or chunks. Add to mixture with olives and parsley. Simmer all gently until chicken is done. Add cooked pasta. If necessary may add more tomato if dry.
