SWEET FLORET SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise*
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 medium head cauliflower, broken into florets
1 3/4 lb. broccoli (florets also)
red onion slices

In small saucepan, combine mayo, sugar, oil and vinegar. Bring to boil, whisking constantly. Cool to room temperature. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add dressing. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Add bacon.

*Cannot substitute light or fat-free.
