HOMEMADE CHILI 
3 lbs. pinto beans
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 lg. cooker
2 cans tomato sauce
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. dry mustard or jar mustard
2 med. onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. paprika

Cook pinto beans with onion until done. Fry ground chuck and onions. Add chili powder to mixture. Add dry mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and 1 1/2 quarts water. Simmer one half hour. Add beans. Let set until cool.
