RANCH DRESSING 
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. onion, chopped
3 tsp. parsley, chopped
3 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. sour cream

Place all ingredients except sour cream in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well. Add sour cream and shake. Yield: 2 1/4 cups.
