1 1/2 c. sugar
Rind & juice of 2 lemons
1 tsp. lemon extract
2 c. milk
Tom Collins mix

Combine ingredients, except Tom Collins mix. Beat in blender or mixer. Chill until ready to serve. To serve, combine 1 shot of above mixture; fill glass with Tom Collins mix. Decorate with red cherry.
