INDIVIDUAL CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
16-20 vanilla wafers
Prepared cherry or blueberry pie filling

Cream the softened cream cheese with sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of a cupcake cup paper and place in cupcake tin. Fill each cup 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool.

Mix cinnamon to taste with pie filling and top each cake with mixture.

Yield: 16 to 20 cakes.
