IMPOSSIBLE PECAN PIE 
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. light or dark syrup
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, softened
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 1 1/4 inch pie plate. Sprinkle pecans in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes.
