1 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. + 1/3 c. cocoa powder
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. hot water
Confectioners' sugar for garnish

Mix together Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons cocoa in a greased 8"x8" baking dish. Stir in milk and vanilla. Sprinkle evenly with remaining sugar and cocoa. Pour water over top. DO NOT STIR. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve while warm, sprinkle confectioners' sugar on top.
