CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. sugar

CHEESECAKE:

5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. lemon rind
1 1/2 tsp. orange rind
5 eggs
2 eggs
1/4 c. heavy cream

Make crust and press on the bottom of a buttered springform pan. Mix the first 6 ingredients, then add the eggs. Then add the cream and beat until smooth. Pour the mixture into the pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 500 degrees. Then bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees. Cool 1 hour. Refrigerate.
