CHOCOLATE TOFFEE 
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. white Karo
1/2 c. water
1 lb. butter
2 giant Hershey bars
2 c. chopped nuts

Mix sugar, Karo, water and butter; bring to rolling boil. Reduce heat (medium 300 degrees) boil about 30 minutes, stirring frequently, until the color of dark brown sugar.

While mixture boils, butter 1 large (2 medium) pans and spread with chopped pecans or walnuts. Melt one Hershey bar. Pour boiled mixture over pecans, cool slightly and spread melted chocolate on top. Thoroughly cool, turn and spread with melted Hershey bar. Sprinkle with ground nuts.
