YELLOW CEREAL 
3 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Cream of Wheat cereal
1/2 tsp. salt

Boil above for 3 minutes in a medium size saucepan.

2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla

Gradually stir into cereal mixture and boil for 1 or 2 minutes until thick. Cover and let stand for 2 minutes. Serve with a little brown sugar and milk or cream. Kids love it!
