CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 roasted chicken
1/2 pkg. rice sticks (maifun)
3/4 c. chopped green onions
3 tbsp. slivered toasted almonds
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Oil for deep frying

DRESSING:

2 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. MSG

Shred chicken and set aside.

Deep fry rice sticks a handful at a time. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

Combine dressing ingredients and shake well.

Combine chicken, lettuce and onion in salad bowl. Just before serving add rice sticks and dressing and toss.
