SPAGHETTI IN A SKILLET 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
1 clove minced garlic
1/3 c. minced green pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
2 2/3 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. black pepper
8 oz. uncooked spaghetti, broken in thirds

Brown meat, onion and garlic in large electric skillet. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients, except spaghetti and bring to a boil. Add noodles, stirring to break up pieces. Cover and reduce heat to low simmer. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 4-6.
