FROZEN MOCHA CHEESECAKE 
1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs (approx. 24 cookies)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
2/3 c. chocolate flavored Hershey brand syrup (in brown can)
2 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. hot water
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Pat crumbs in the bottom of and up sides of a 9 inch springform pan or 13x9 inch baking dish. Chill.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy, add condensed milk and chocolate syrup.
