HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can mushroom pieces (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. egg noodles, cooked

In a large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and onion until tender. Stir in flour, garlic salt, pepper and mushrooms. Heat thoroughly, stirring constantly. Stir in soup and sour cream. Simmer 10 minutes.

Serve over noodles or mix noodles into the ground beef mixture. Serves 6.
