SPEEDY CHEESE SEAFOOD CURRY 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. skim milk
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
4 c. imitation crabmeat

In medium saucepan let cheese soften; blend in lemon juice, milk and curry powder. Heat over medium heat about 3 minutes or until hot, stirring constantly. Stir in seafood; heat thoroughly. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 8.
