SEVEN-LAYER DIP 
1 (16-ounce) can refried beans
1 small head lettuce, shredded
1 (2 1/4-ounce) can chopped black olives
1 (8-ounce) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sliced jalapeno pepper
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
2-3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 (16-ounce) jar salsa

Spread refried beans on a large platter. Layer, in order, the lettuce, olives, cheese, peppers, sour cream, tomatoes and onions. Drizzle salsa over top. Serve with tortilla chips.

(NOTE: If desired, place salsa in a small bowl in middle of platter and assemble dip ingredients, layered, in a circle around the bowl. Line edge of platter with chips.)
