LIMA BEAN SUPREME 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil or butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes (No. 2 size) diced
1 qt. green lima beans or you may use frozen beans

Melt butter in skillet, then add chopped onion. Cook until golden brown. Pour in diced tomatoes. Cook 15 minutes. Have lima beans cooking in another pot. Add onion and tomato mixture to beans and cook until beans are tender.
