CHIPPED HAM B-B-Q 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. shortening
Dash of garlic salt
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. ham, chipped

Cook onion in shortening on medium heat until soft but not brown. Add remaining ingredients except ham. Mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes. Add chipped ham and heat. Serve on buns. Makes 8 servings.
