CHICKEN LOG 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1 1/2 c. minced cooked chicken
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped almonds
1 tbsp. steak sauce

Beat cream cheese, steak sauce and onion. Blend in 2 tablespoons parsley. Shape into log and roll in remaining parsley and almonds. Serve with crackers or party rye.
