CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 1/2 c. celery, diced
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 to 2 c. seedless green or red grapes
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. light cream
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. mild curry
1/2 tsp. powdered ginger

Combine chicken, celery and lemon juice. Chill at least 1 hour. Add grapes and pecans. Combine and mix mayonnaise, cream, pepper, mustard, curry and ginger. Pour over and mix with the chicken mixture. Serve and enjoy!
