PORK CHOPS AND PINEAPPLE 
4 lg. thick pork chops
Milk and egg mixture
Salt and pepper to taste
Corn Flake crumbs
1 lg. can pineapple chunks with juice

Dip pork chops into egg mixture, then into Corn Flake crumbs. Brown on both sides in skillet with a little oil. In deep casserole dish, place layer of pork chops then pineapple, and repeat layer. Pour reserved pineapple juice over all. Bake 1 hour, covered in 400 degree oven.
