PIZZA CUPS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 c. pizza sauce
1 can biscuits
Mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni

Brown and drain beef. Stir in pizza sauce. Cook over low heat for a few minutes. Place biscuits in a greased muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides. Spoon 1 tablespoon meat mixture in cups; sprinkle with cheese. Add 1 slice pepperoni on top. If desired, before adding pepperoni you can sprinkle with a little chopped onion, crumbled sausage, olives, etc. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
