EVELYN'S ORANGE PUDDING 
2 oranges, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 heaping tsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1 pt. milk
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Cover sliced oranges with 1/2 cup sugar for 30 minutes.

Heat milk and stir in 3/4 cup sugar. Add beaten egg yolks and cornstarch. Cook until thickened. Beat/stir constantly. Cool. Pour over the oranges. Beat egg whites; add powdered sugar. Fold into the cold pudding. Delicious!
