CRAB SOUP | |
1 can crab meat 2 cans crushed tomatoes 6 large pototoes, cut up 1 stalk of celery 1 16 oz pkg frozen vegetables 3 qts water 4 beef bouillon cubes salt, to taste 1 tsp marjoram Old Bay Seasoning (to your liking) 2 large onions, chopped In a large kettle, combine diced celery, potatoes, mixed vegetables, water, onion, tomatoes and remaining seasonings. Cook on medium heat for 3 hours. Taste to see if soup has enough seasoning; if not, add more Old Bay Seasoning. When ready to eat soup, add can of crab meat and cook for 10 minutes.
