EARTHQUAKE CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 can coconut
8 oz. pecan pieces

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix cake mix as directed on package. Mix vanilla, cream cheese, butter, and sugar together. Spray 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking oil. Put nuts and coconut on bottom of pan. Pour cake mix over nuts and coconut. Put sugar mixture in globs over cake. Bake 1 hour in 300 degree oven.
