PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
3 3/4 lbs. confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. vanilla
1 lb. butter
2 1/2 lbs. Jiffy peanut butter
3 pkg. (12 oz.) Nestles semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 bar paraffin

Melt butter. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix together with spoon. Add peanut butter last, and mix together until thick.

Roll into balls and chill in freezer on wax paper (cookie sheets) until hard.

Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler. Dip peanut butter balls into chocolate with toothpicks. Chill on cookie sheets.
