HAM AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
4 c. shredded cabbage
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 c. cooked ham, cubed
1/2 c. potato chips

In 2 quart glass dish mix cabbage with flour and nutmeg. Stir in milk and ham. Cook, covered, in microwave oven on 100% power 10-12 minutes or until cabbage is done. Top with potato chips. Yield: 4-5 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
