EASY - YUMMY FISH 
6 fish fillets (snapper or sole are good)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
1/2 c. half & half (or little less whole, 1 fat or non-fat milk)
1 c. jack cheese
Toothpicks

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lay fish fillets on bottom of greased baking dish. In each fillet put small amount of mushrooms, then jack cheese. Roll up and secure with toothpick.

Mix can of soup with half & half, stirring to make a creamy sauce consistency. Pour over fish. Cover with additional Jack cheese if desired. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until fish is done! Makes 4-6 servings. Even finicky fish eaters love it!
