SWEET POTATO PIE 
Boil 3 or 4 medium sweet potatoes. Peel skins off when potatoes are cool. Mash potatoes in mixing bowl.

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. real butter
3/4 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp vanilla

Mix with potatoes. Return to stove. Cook until sugar and butter melts. Mix thoroughly. Put mixture in unbaked pie shell. Bake until crust is brown and mixture puffs up. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
