ZUCCHINI SOUP 
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1 c. cubed potatoes
1 c. chicken broth or 2 tsp. soup base
6 c. cubed zucchini
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1/2 can water
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. dill

Saute onion in butter. Add potatoes with chicken broth. Simmer and add zucchini, milk, water, tarragon and dill. Bring to a boil. Then simmer.
