OATMEAL FUDGE SQUARES 
2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
3 c. oats
12 oz. semi-sweet chips
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix brown sugar, 3/4 cup butter, eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Stir in Bisquick and oats. Heat chocolate chips, condensed milk, 2 tablespoons butter and salt in saucepan over low heat stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla.

Press about 2/3 of the oatmeal mixture with greased hands into a greased jelly roll pan. Spread chocolate mixture over that. Drop remaining oatmeal mixture by tablespoonsful onto top. Sprinkle 1 cup nuts over and press lightly. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into squares.
