DADDY'S "WESTERN" WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings, split, discard tips
2 c. flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 bottle Franks Hot Sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
Deep fryer and oil

Heat deep fryer to 400 degrees. Clean rinse and pat dry wings. Mix together all dry spices with flour. Submerge wings in Franks Hot Sauce, then dredge in spice and flour.

Deep fry 3-5 minutes or until done. Drain well. Serve hot or they may be frozen and reheated.
