AUNT SHARON'S FRUIT PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
4 c. chopped fruit (any flavor)
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Melt butter in 13 x 9 inch pan at 375 degrees. Add batter made with 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk.

In the center of batter pour fruit which has been heated with 1 cup sugar and cornstarch. Bake 25-30 minutes.
