PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. wheat germ or wheat bran
1/2 c. dry milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. sugar

Mix all of above ingredients and shape into balls or put in rolls. Roll in toasted sesame seeds, coconut or chopped nuts. Dried fruits, nuts, sunflower seeds or sesame seeds can also be added to recipe.

To toast nuts or seeds, bake them at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes. This recipe is a good one to use with kids.
