RELISH SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 pkg. lemon Jello
2 1/3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 1/2 c. salad dressing

Dissolve Jello in hot water and add vinegar, sugar and salt.

When partially congealed, add salad dressing, beating it in with a rotary beater until mixture is smooth and frothy. Add chopped vegetables and put in ring mold.

When ready to serve, unmold on a platter surrounded by lettuce leaves, tomatoes and cucumber wedges. Fill center with cottage cheese in which a little green pepper and minced onion have been mixed. Sprinkle cottage cheese with paprika and stick a large ripe olive over the top of it.
