CITY CHICKEN 
2 lb. pork chops
4 oz. crackers
2 eggs
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Cube pork chops into 1 inch squares. Roll crackers into crumbs. Beat eggs into a bowl. Skew cubes of pork, dip into egg, then into crackers. Brown in skillet with 2 tablespoons cooking oil. Then bake in roaster for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
