MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. cheese, cut up
1 egg beaten
2 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
Cracker crumbs

Start cooking macaroni. Melt butter and add flour. Add milk to butter and flour. Add cheese and egg. Cook until mixture is slightly thickened. Add macaroni to cheese mixture and put in casserole dish. Sprinkle top of casserole with cracker crumbs.
